The mission, called CRS2 DC-2 (SNC Dream Chaser), will be launched by a United Launch Alliance (ULA) Vulcan rocket. Currently, 2024 (UTC) is the target launch date.Under the Commercial Resupply Service 2 (CRS-2) contract, Dream Chaser has been chosen by NASA to supply the International Space Station with cargo delivery, return, and disposal services.Dream Chaser enables versatility with compatible commercial runways globally and can return vital cargo to Earth at less than 1.5g.
