SpaceX plans to launch 23 Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit on Sunday, April 28, from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida using a Falcon 9. On April 29, at 6:08 p.m. EDT, 22:08 UTC (00:08 CEST), liftoff is scheduled. Until 9:48 p.m. EDT, backup possibilities are possible. There will be more chances on Monday, April 29, beginning at 5:25 p.m. ET.The first stage rocket supporting this mission is on its thirteenth flight; it has launched six Starlink flights, CRS-26, OneWeb Launch 16, Intelsat IS-40e, O3b mPOWER, Ovzon 3, and EUTELSAT 36D.The Satellites will be delivered to a 530 km circular low-Earth orbit (LEO) at 43°; their initial orbit is 285 x 293 km at 43.00º. The launch window opened at 6:08 p.m. ET. It was originally set to start at 5:50 p.m. ET and it close four hours later. SpaceX did not state why it delayed the launch. The 45th Weather Squadron gave an 80% chance of good liftoff conditions, with the only concerns being the thick cloud layers and cumulus cloud rules.
