An enhanced Blok DM-03 RP-1/LOX upper stage is added to the Angara A5 to create the Angara A5/Blok DM-03. The DM-03 is available in two variations.Launchers from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome use the Persey, whereas those from the Vostochny Cosmodrome use the Orion.Utilized as an optional fourth stage on the Proton-M and Angara A5 heavy-lift rockets, the Blok DM-03 is a Russian upper stage. Three have been launched, the first in December 2010 due to an issue with the fuel load on the Blok DM. The first two launches failed before to the fourth stage ignition.Orion is another name for certain variations.
