The oscillator has an SSB phase noise of up to -150 dBc/Hz. It produces clipped sine wave with an output voltage of 1 V peak-to-peak. This RoHS-compliant space oscillator comes in an ultra-miniature 2.5 x 3.2 mm hermetically sealed ceramic SMT package and is ideal for use in GPS receivers.
