The XLink-X from IQ spacecom is an X-band software-defined transceiver (SDR) designed for high-speed bidirectional communications on small satellites and CubeSats in LEO. The transceiver supports X-band transmit operation from 8.025-8.400 GHz and X-band receive operation from 7.145-7.250 GHz. It enables satellite-to-ground downlink data rates from 2 kbps up to 200 Mbps, supporting modulation schemes including BPSK, QPSK, OQPSK, GMSK, 8PSK and 16APSK with appropriate FEC coding. It is optimized for telecommand links with net data rates of 56 kbps and higher and delivers a linear RF output power of up to +30 dBm.
