The reaction wheel supports CAN BUS or RS-422 full-duplex data interface for communications and features regenerated power returns back to the spacecraft bus.

The MOSFET has a radiation tolerance TID of up to 100 kRads(Si). Its high performance makes it ideal for space applications.
