The OPTIMUS-30 from AAC Clyde Space is a CubeSat Battery that is optimized for Low Earth Orbit (LEO) missions with a maximum altitude of 850 Km. This battery has a capacity of 30 Wh and a charge/discharge current of 1.95 A. It has an EOC voltage of 8.26 V and a full discharge voltage of 6.2 V. The battery is qualified for NASA standards EP-Wi-032 and features autonomous integrated heater systems to enhance operations at lower temperatures. It has a quiescent power consumption of less than 0.1 W and supports the standard CubeSat PC104 interface. The OPTIMUS-30 has a mass of 268 g and measures 95.89 x 90.17 x 21.55 mm. It is compatible with the International Space Station deployment safety requirements and also a wide variety of launch platforms, including manned missions.
