The HMXCMP01 from Honeywell is a Space-Qualified Comparator with a radiation level of up to 300 krad. It requires an analog supply of 4.75 - 5.25 V and a DC supply of 5.0 or 3.3 V. This silicon-on-insulator CMOS comparator has an input current of 50 mA, an input capacitance of less than 10 pF, and an input offset voltage of +/- 24 mV. It has a propagation delay of less than 125 ns and an output rise/fall times of less than 30 ns. This SOI-IV tech-based comparator has a power dissipation of 200 mW and a CMRR of more than 48 dB. It is qualified for MIL-STD-883 method 1019 and has transient dose rate ionizing radiation and latch-up. It is designed for low input current, low offset voltage, and fast response time while operating over the full military temperature range.
