The Microsat CMG from Honeybee Robotics is a Control Moment Gyroscope that has a momentum of 56-86 mNm/s per CMG and a torque of 112-172 mNm. This gyroscope is designed for Microsat and CubeSats and has a mass of 0.6 kg (single CMG) and 0.7 Kg (control electronics). This CMG has a power consumption of up to 10 W and supports RS-232 and RS-422 interfaces. It consists of an integrated steering law controller that can host a standard Box-90 pseudo-inverse steering law, and support a user-defined steering law. This CMG measures 230 x 125 x 82 mm and is ideal for small spacecraft that require high-accuracy pointing capabilities.
