The Viceroy-4 GPS Spaceborne Receiver from General Dynamics Mission Systems is a GNSS Receiver that has up to 12 receive tracking channels with an enhanced fast acquisition processor. This receiver has a dual antenna setup and carrier-aided code tracking. It has an autonomous position solution accuracy of less than 15m, 1 sigma (LEO) and 100m, 1 sigma (GEO). The receiver supports RS-422 serial I/O interface and one PPS clock output synchronized to GPS time. It features a radiation-hardened static RAM and improved digital electronics. The GPS receiver has an altitude capability of 200-2000 km (LEO) and 35800 km (GEO) and a velocity range of up to 16000 m/sec. It requires a DC supply voltage of 20-35 V and has a power consumption of 8 W. The receiver has a mass of 1.1 kg and measures 152 x 132 x 43 mm.
