The STIM300 from Safran Group is an Inertial Measurement Unit with an input angular rate of +/- 400 degrees/sec and bias stability of 0.3 degrees/h. This IMU has a sampling frequency of 2000 samples/sec and an angular random walk of 0.15 Degrees/vh. It features a gyro that is based on Sensonor ButterflyGyro with single-crystal silicon technology and comes with electronically calibrated axis alignment. The IMU requires a supply voltage of 4.5-5.5 V and has a power consumption of 1.5-2 W. It has a mass of 55 g and measures 44.8 x 38.6 x 21.5 mm. The STIM300 is ideal for satellites, launch vehicles, missile systems, remote weapon systems, DIRCM, and target acquisition systems.
