The DTFM100S from Billingsley Aerospace and Defence is a Triaxial Fluxgate Magnetometer that has a measurement range of ± 80 µT and an accuracy of ± 0.3% of Full Scale. This magnetometer is designed for small satellite constellations because of its compact nature and has been used in several NASA, ESA, and CSA government programs. It has a mass of 100 gms and a linearity of less than ± 0.05% full scale. It requires a DC supply voltage of 5 V and has a power consumption of up to 0.110 W. It supports RS485 or CAN bus serial data interface. This magnetometer measures 82.6 x 35.1 x 32.3 mm and is ideal for satellite constellations and commercial satellite programs, large and small.
