The SSMM from Dragonfly Aerospace is a Space Qualified Memory with storage capacity of 512 Gb density with a read and write speeds of up to 26 Gbps. It has a latch-up detection circuitry with all internal power supplies and has a built-in ECC and bad block management function. The SSMM supports dual redundant CAN, RS-485, RS-422 monitoring and control interfaces. It requires a nominal supply voltage of 5 V and a power consumption of 6W. This solid state mass memory has a mass of 0.35 kg and measures 160 x 107 x 29 mm.
