The DDR4 from Teledyne e2v is a Space Qualified Memory with 4GB and 8GB densities. This ultra high-density space-grade memory has a bus width of 72 bits and a transfer speed of 2100-2400 MT/s. It has a radiation tolerance TID of 100 krad (Si) and an SEL LET threshold of greater than 60.88 MeV.cm²/mg. The memory is qualified up to NASA Level 1 and up to ECSS Class 1. It has a mass of 1.2 g and a module size of 15 x 20 x 1.92 mm. It is ideal for devices such as processors, FPGAs SiP solutions, space-embedded systems, and edge computing processing devices.
