The HLX6256 from Honeywell Aerospace is a Radiation-Hardened Static RAM. It has a storage capacity of 32 Mb, a read access time of 20 ns, and a write access time of 18 ns. This monolithic static RAM has an average output current of 25 mA, a package power dissipation of 2.5 W, and a power consumption of 400 mW. This space-qualified SRAM is available with CMOS-compatible I/O ports.
