The AT60142HT from Microchip Technology is a Space Qualified Memory that is organized as 512K x 8 bits. This CMOS static RAM has an operating voltage of 3.3/5 V and low power consumption of 3.3 mW (standby) and up to 610 mW (active max at 17 ns). It has a fast access time of 15-17 ns over the full military temperature range and an ESD better than 2000 V. The memory is designed on 0.25 µm radiation hardened process and is tested up to a Total Dose of 300 krads (Si) according to MIL-STD-883 Method 1019. It requires a standby supply current of 2-2.5 A and has a dynamic operating current range of 10-180 mA (read) and 100-150 mA (write). The memory features TTl-compatible inputs and outputs and comes in a 500 Mils wide FP36 package. It is ideal for fast computing and low power consumption applications such as aerospace electronics, portable instruments, or embarked systems.
