The SAMRH707 from Microchip Technology is a Space-Qualified Microcontroller that is based on a 32-bit Arm Cortex -M7 RISC processor with a Floating Point Unit (FPU). This microcontroller operates at a maximum speed of 50 MHz and features 128 Kbytes of Flash, 16 Kbytes of dual-cache memory, and more than 320 Kbytes of embedded SRAM. It has TID immunity successfully tested up to 100 Krad (si) and no Single Event Latch-up below a LET threshold of 78 MeV.cm2 /mg. The microcontroller has 16 16-channel analog-to-digital Converter with a 12-bit resolution and a 12-bit digital-to-analog converter with three output channels. It requires a supply voltage of 1.65-3.6 V and supports USART, UART, SPI, TWI, I²C, CAN, and SpaceWire protocols.
The SAMRH707 is ideal for critical mission applications such as on-board computing, sensor management, and connectivity.
