The STM32F303Kx from STMicroelectronics is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller built on the Arm Cortex-M4 core with a Floating-Point Unit (FPU) and requires an operating frequency of at up to 72 MHz. This MCU has a flash memory of up to 64 KB and 12 KB of SRAM including 4 KB of Core-Coupled Memory (CCM) for time-critical operations. It features two 12-bit ADCs, three 12-bit DAC channels, three ultra-fast comparators and an operational amplifier that can operate in programmable-gain (PGA) mode. It also supports communication interfaces including one SPI, one I²C, up to two USARTs and one CAN interface for networked embedded systems. It requires a supply voltage of 2-3.6 V and has a power dissipation of 333-540 mW. This MCU supports multiple low-power modes for energy-efficient designs and has a surface mount package that measures up to 10 x 10 mm.
