The VA41630 from VORAGO Technologies is a Space Qualified Microcontroller with a 64 KB on-chip data SRAM and 256 KB on-chip program SRAM. This microcontroller includes a fully integrated 256 KB non-volatile memory and an integrated temperature sensor. It has a radiation tolerance Total Ionizing Dose (TID) of greater than 200 krad(Si) (with FRAM) and Single-Event Latch-Up (SEL) immunity of greater than 110 (MeVcm²) /mg. The microcontroller has a clock rate of up to 100 MHz and requires an operating voltage of 1.5-3.3 V. It supports UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, and a full-duplex SpaceWire interface. The VA41630 is designed using HARDSIL technology and provides one of the highest functional densities for space, aerospace, and defense applications.
