The CMA-62+?from Mini-Circuits is an SMT Space-Qualified RF Amplifier with a frequency range of 0.01 - 6 GHz. This low-noise monolithic amplifier has a high gain of 33 dB and a noise figure of?6.2 dB. It has a high IP3 of 39 dBm and a P1dB of up to 19 dBm. This E-PHEMT-based amplifier enables it to work with a single positive supply voltage and is unconditionally stable over the operating frequency. The amplifier requires a DC supply voltage of 6 V and has an operating current of 120 mA. It is fabricated using HBT technology and features a Ni-pd-Au terminal finish. This RoHS-compliant amplifier measures 3 x 3 x 1.14 mm and is ideal for base station infrastructure, portable wireless, CATV & DBS, LTE, and GPS applications.
