The ISL70419SEH from Renesas is a Radiation-Hardened Quad Precision Low Power Operational Amplifier for applications requiring both high DC accuracy and AC performance. It requires a supply voltage of 10-30 V and a gain bandwidth of 1.5 MHz. The amplifier has a low power consumption of 440 µA and has a low input voltage offset of 110 µV. This radiation-hardened amplifier with an input bias current of +/-15 nA and features low noise, offset voltage, input bias current and temperature drift. It offers precision and a small footprint that ensures excellent value and flexibility. This amplifier is available in a hermetic ceramic flatpack measuring 2406 x 2935 µm and is ideal for applications such as precision active filters, medical and analytical instrumentation, precision power supply controls and industrial controls.
