RHF350A Image

The RHF350A from STMicroelectronics is a Radiation-Hardened Current-Feedback Operational Amplifier designed for demanding space and aerospace applications. Built using very high-speed complementary technology, this single op-amp delivers a wide bandwidth of up to 550 MHz while maintaining low power consumption with a quiescent current of just 4 mA.

Operating from a 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply, the RHF350A offers low noise performance of 1.5 nV/√Hz, low distortion of –66 dBc, and a high slew rate of 940 V/µs, making it ideal for high-speed signal conditioning and data acquisition systems. The output stage is optimized to drive a standard 100 Ω load, ensuring excellent signal integrity in high-frequency designs.

Housed in a ceramic, hermetically sealed flat-8 package measuring 21.37 x 6.61 x 2.64 mm, this space-qualified operational amplifier is well suited for ADC driver circuits, aerospace instrumentation, satellite payload electronics, and harsh radiation environments where both speed and power efficiency are critical.
