CHA2066-QAG Image

The CHA2066-QAG from United Monolithic Semiconductors is a Space Qualified RF Amplifier that operates from 10-16 GHz. It has a linear gain of 16 dB and a gain flatness of up to +/- 20 dB. This low-noise amplifier has a noise figure of 2.5 dB and has low power consumption. It requires a drain bias voltage of 4.5 V and a drain bias current of 50-80 V. This two stage wide band monolithic low noise amplifier has a gate length of 0.25 μm. This SMD GaAs semiconductor has leadless surface mount hermetic metal ceramic 3 x 3 mm² package. This RoHS-compliant amplifier is designed for a wide range of applications such as telecommunication (point to point, point to multi point, VSAT), ISM and military.
