The HCPL-6651 from Broadcom is a Space Qualified Optocoupler with a forward voltage range of 1.5-1.85 V and an peak forward input current of 40 mA. It has a channel output voltage of 7 V and a channel output current of 25 mA. This surface-mount optocoupler has a capacitance range of 1-4 pF and an output power dissipation of 200 mW. It features an GaAsP light-emitting diode which is optically coupled to an integrated high-gain photon detector and has a common-mode transient immunity of up to 10000 V/μs.
