The CH350 from ISOCOM is a Ceramic Hermetically Sealed High-Gain Optocoupler that operates with a forward voltage of 1.9 V. It has an input current of 10 mA and supports a continuous forward current of 15 mA. This optocoupler offers a minimum current transfer ratio (CTR) of 100%. It has fast switching with propagation delay times of up to 200 ns (tPHL) when tested with a 5 V supply and 13 mA input current. This optocoupler is available in through hole package that measures 4.5 x 3.5 x 2 mm.
