The 66296-301 from Micropac Industries is a Space Qualified Optocoupler with a forward voltage range of 0.8-1.8 V and a static reverse current of 8 µA. It has a collector-to-emitter breakdown voltage of 40 V and an emitter-to-base breakdown voltage of 7 V. This surface-mount optocoupler has a continuous collector current of 50 mA and a continuous transistor power dissipation of 300 mW. It has an input diode continuous forward current of 50 mA and an input diode power dissipation of 80 mW. This phototransistor output optocoupler has an on-state collector current of 2 mA and a rise/fall time of 10-20 usec. It features 850 nm Proton radiation tolerant LED and 1 kVdc electrical isolation. It is designed for applications such as the elimination of ground loops, level shifting, line receivers, switching power supplies, and motor control.
