The AXIOM75SH from AXTAL GmbH is a Space-Qualified Oscillator with a frequency range of 80-125 MHz and a frequency stability of up to +/- 400 ppb. It has a harmonic of -30 dBc and a spurious of -90 dBc. It requires a supply voltage of 11.4-12.6 V and has a current consumption of 150-300 mA. The oscillator is radiation hardened to 40 krad (Si) total dose (TID) and comes in a hermetically sealed THD package. It is manufactured according to MIL-PRF-55310 Level “S” and measures 25.8 x 25.8 x 12.7 mm. The oscillator is ideal for LEO and MEO space applications.
