The Multiple Output CMOS Series from Q-Tech Corporation are Space Qualified Radiation Hardened Crystal Oscillators. They have a frequency range of 20-200 MHz. These oscillators require a supply voltage of 2.5-3.3 V and an input current of 40-80 mA. They support 1-4 CMOS outputs. These oscillators have an output voltage of up to 0.45 V (VOL) and 2.8 V (VOH). They are screened and quality conformance inspected to MIL-PRF-38534, and Class K (modified) standards. These oscillators are ideal for applications such as satellites, aerospace, and master clocks for FPGAs.
