The QT625S from Q-Tech Corporation is a Space Qualified Oscillator with an output frequency range of 400 MHz - 1.3 GHz. This SAW oscillator requires a supply voltage of 3.13-12.6 V and a supply current of 50-110 mA. It has a frequency stability of -200 to 50 ppm and an output power of 7-12 dBm. The oscillator has sub-harmonics of -30 to -20 dBc and an SSB phase noise of -168 dBc/Hz (1 MHz). It has a radiation tolerance of up to 300 kRad (Si) and is screened to MIL-PRF-55310, Level S.
