The FP6 Series from Wi2Wi is a Space Qualified Oscillator with a frequency range of 750 KHz to 850 MHz. This oscillator has an output duty cycle of 45-55 % and a period jitter of 2-5 psec. It has a phase jitter of 0.1-1.0 psec and a phase noise of up to -110 dBc/Hz. The oscillator requires a supply current of 15-100 mA and has an operating voltage of 2.97-3.63 V. It has a radiation tolerance TID of 100 Krad and a single event latch-up immunity of 60 MeV-cm2/mg. The oscillator utilizes a premium swept quartz crystal resonator in a 4-point mount and is designed for low-to-mid orbit applications.
