The PCDU Power Board from GAUSS Srl is a Power Conditioning and Distribution Unit (PCDU) that features four regulated, independent power channels, and one unregulated channel. This unit hosts three power modules with two power outputs that are rated for high currents, up to 6 A. It has an accuracy of +/- 8 % for current limiting and +/-1.5 % for load current monitoring. The PCDU can produce an output power of up to 50 W at 85 degrees C and has an efficiency of up to 95%. The power modules are tested to Mil-STD-883D and load currents can be monitored via an ADC and the I2C bus. The PCDU is ideal for CubeSats and Microsats and is used for interfacing the EPS bus with hosted payloads.
