The STPS80A150CHR from STMicroelectronics is a Space Qualified Diode with a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 150 V and a forward current of 40-80 A. This Schottky rectifier diode has a forward surge current of 190 A and a low forward voltage drop of 0.88 V. It has a reverse leakage current of up to 14 µA and a junction capacitance of 310 pF. The diode is screened to comply with the ESCC5000 specification and has a radiation tolerance TID of up to 3 Mrad(Si) and a single effect burnout (LET) of 61.2 MeV.cm/mg. It has a maximum reverse voltage rise rate of 10 kV/μs and comes in a ceramic hermetic package of mass 0.92 g. The diode ideal for aerospace applications.
