The STTH40200CHR from STMicroelectronics is a Space Qualified Diode with a forward current of 2 x 20 A and a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200 V. This diode has a forward surge current of 300 A and a junction to case thermal resistance of up to 1.4 Degree C/W. It has a junction capacitance of 225 pF and a reverse recovery time of 60 nS. The diode is assembled in a TO-254AA hermetic package and is screened to comply with the ESCC5000 specification. It has a radiation tolerance TID of up to 3 Mrad(Si) and is Single Event Effect tested up to 62.5 MeV.cm/mg (LET). The diode has a package mass of 9.4 g and is ideal for aerospace applications.
