The MCH (1206) from Ohmcraft is a Space Qualified Resistor with a resistance range of 10 KOhm to 50 GOhms. This thick-film high-voltage chip resistor has an extended TCR range of up to 200 ppm/ degrees C. It has a power rating of 330 mW and a voltage rating of 1500 V. It features patented Micropen precision printing technology that provides ultra-precision and thick-film high-voltage rating. The resistor is constructed using a thick film resistive element and a 96% alumina substrate. It is screened and qualified to MIL-PRF-55342, MIL-PRF-49462, and NASA EEE-INST-002 (level 1 & 2). This surface mount resistor measures 3.2 x 1.6 x 0.76 mm and is ideal for military, electronic warfare, and space applications.
