The RM0705 from TT Electronics is a Space Qualified Resistor with a resistance range of 120-125 kOhms and a resistance tolerance of +/- 0.1-10%. This resistor has a temperature coefficient of resistance of 100 ppm/degrees C and is qualified to MIL-PRF-55342 Space Level T. It has a rated voltage of 50 V and a rated power of 150 mW. The chip resistor is designed using TaN film technology and has a Sn/Pb solder over nickel barrier terminations.
