The BFCN-7700 from Mini Circuits is a Space Qualified RF Filter with a passband frequency range of 7.5-7.9 GHz. It has a pass band insertion loss of 1.8-3.5 dB and a stop band insertion loss of 18 dB (lower) and 20 dB (upper). This bandpass filter features LTCC construction that is suitable for tough environments including high humidity and high temperature extremes and wrap around termination that provides excellent solderability. It has a pass band VSWR of 1.4:1 and requires a maximum RF input power of 2 W. The filter has a mass of 0.02 g and comes in a hermetically sealed package measuring 3.20 x 1.6 mm. It is ideal for applications such as harmonic rejection, transmitters, and receivers.
