The BR-MOD-1-9-A-1S from AVCOM is a Satellite Beacon Receiver with an L-band input frequency range of 930-2175 MHz. This beacon receiver has a tuning step size value of 1 kHz steps and an input level of -100 to -10 dBm. It has a detection bandwidth of 10-750 kHz and a tracking bandwidth of 10-150 kHz. The beacon receiver can lock and track CW, BPSK, and CEPT (Carrier-Edge-Power-Track) on DVB carrier signals and has a tracking slope range of 0.1-3 V/dB. It has a search/track rate of 10/25 Hz and an acquisition time of less than 1 sec. The receiver supports an Ethernet interface with EVO-GUI for monitoring and control and features a comprehensive API for easy integration. It requires a DC supply voltage of 15-24 V and has a power consumption of 3 W. The beacon receiver weighs 200 g and measures 3 x 3.5 x 1.057 inches. It is ideal for on-the-move, fixed-site, and embedded applications.
