M20-20M X Image

The M20-20M X from General Dynamics Mission Systems is a Satellite Terminal with a transmit frequency range of 7.90-8.40 GHz and a receive frequency range of 7.25-7.75 GHz. This Ku-band satellite terminal has a G/T of 8.8 dB/K and an EIRP of 43.4 dBW at midband and P1dB. It has a beamwidth of 4.9-5.3 degrees and an axial ratio of 1.2 dB. The terminal has an azimuth travel of 360 degrees and an elevation travel of 0-95 degrees. It requires a supply voltage of 28 VDC and has a power consumption of 350 W. The terminal has an antenna size of 20.5 inches which supports a wide range of commercial modem systems and has an acquisition time of less than 5 sec. It weighs 155 lbs and measures 24.5 inches (height), 24.0 inches (radome diameter), and 27.5 inches (diameter footprint at base). This satellite terminal was specifically designed for ground vehicle command, control and communications (C3) missions where beyond the line of sight (BLOS) SATCOM capabilities are mission critical.
