The SC-3G-3 from CAVU Aerospace UK is a Triple Junction GaAs Solar Cell that has an efficiency of up to 30%. It is designed to withstand the harsh radiation environment of space, making it ideal for satellites, CubeSats, and spacecraft in LEO, GEO, and deep space missions. This GaInP/InGaAs/Ge triple junction based solar cell has a voltage of 2768 mV and junction current of up to 17.6 mA/cm sq. It has a maximum power of up to 1.331 W/cm sq and high radiation tolerance up to 1×10¹5 e/cm sq. This solar cell measures 80.15 x 40.15 mm in dimension and weighs 3.6 grams.
