The SM-SP-RA-1U from SPACEMANIC is a Satellite Solar-Panel that is designed for Nano and Small satellites with a radiation tolerance of 2 years in LEO orbit. It has a maximum power voltage of 4.82 V and a maximum power current of 0.5 A. This flight-proven solar panel has passed vibration, mechanical shock, and thermal vacuum tests. It is made up of FR4 with a Kapton overlay and supports I2C for temperature and photodiode communication. It is an integrated temperature sensor TI TMP112 and SLCD-61N8 photodiode and has two AZUR Space 30% Triple Junction GaAs Junction solar cells in a series configuration. This solar panel has a mass of 50 g and is ideal for applications such as communication, GNSS receiver, or Iridium/Globalstar satellite communication system.
