The RDHA701FP10A8QK from Infineon Technologies is a Space Qualified Solid State Relay with a maximum output voltage of 100 V and an output current of 1.3 A.  This relay requires an input supply voltage of 10 V and has a power dissipation of up to 5.5 W.
