The HR412 from Teledyne Relays is a Space Qualified Solid State Relay that operates from DC to 1 GHz. This relay meets the basic requirements of both the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center’s S-311-P-754 document and the European Space Agency’s (ESA) SCC 3601 & 3602 specifications. It has an insulation resistance of  1000 to 10000 MOhms and a dielectric strength of 500Vrms (at 50 or 60Hz). The relay has a maximum operation time of 2 ms with rated coil voltage and a maximum release time of 1.5 ms from rated coil voltage. It has a breakdown voltage of 100 V and a maximum leakage current of 1μA. The relay has a gold-plated or solder-coated lead finish and a maximum mass of 2.55 grams.
