The HR412K from Teledyne Relays is a Space-Qualified Solid State Relay with a breakdown voltage of 100 V. It has a dielectric strength of 500Vrms at 50/60Hz and a negative coil DC transient of 1 V. This non-latching relay has a frequency range of DC-3 GHz and a 2 form C (DPDT) form factor. It has a gold-plated/solder-coated lead finish and a 1 x 10-8 atm-cm3/s hermetic seal.
