The HR412V from Teledyne Relays is a Space-Qualified Solid-State Relay with a frequency range of DC to 1 GHz. This DPDT relay has a breakdown voltage of 100 V and an insulation resistance of 1000- 10000 MOhms. It has a release time of 2 ms and an operating time of 3 ms.
