The HRS412 from Teledyne Relays is a Space Qualified Solid State Relay with a frequency range of DC-1 GHz. This relay has insulation resistance of up to 10000 MOhm and dielectric strength of 500 Vrms. It has an operate time of 2 ms and a release time of 1.5 ms. The relay design is based on QPL-Approved MIL-PRF-39016 specifications and meets the general requirements of NASA/GSFC, S311-P-754 and ESA/SCC 3601 and 3602 specifications. It has a gold plated or solder coated lead finish and its hermetic seal is tested up to 1 x 10-8 atm-cm3 /s. The relay has a mass of 2.55 g and is suitable for demanding space flight applications.
