The µKaTx-300 from Space Micro is a Space Transmitter that has a frequency range of 25.25-27.5 GHz and an RF output power of 1.4 W. This Ka-band transmitter is suited to operate in LEO, MEO, and GEO orbits and is flight-proven for NASA's commercial missions. It has a channel bandwidth of up to 850 MHz and a data rate of up to 4 Gbps. The transmitter has a frequency accuracy of +/- 50 ppm and supports QPSK, OQPSK, and 8APSK  modulation formats. It has a maximum phase noise of 3 Degrees RMS and spurious of -60 to -50 dBc.

This wideband amplifier supports RS-422, RS-485, and LVDS interfaces. It requires a supply voltage of 18 - 40 V and has a power consumption of up to 45 W. The amplifier has a mass of 2.5 Kg and measures 20.8 cm x 15.2 cm x 6.6 cm.It features radiation-tolerant design and ruggedized for launch and deployment. It is ideal for long-term space missions and programs requiring high data rates.
