The PE95421 from Teledyne e2v HiRel Electronics is a Radiation Tolerant UltraCMOS SPDT RF Switch with an operational frequency range of 1-8500 MHz. This switch has an insertion loss of up to 1.72 dB and an input 1dB compression of 33 dBm. It has an input IP3 of 60 dBm and an isolation of up to 86.5 dB (100 MHz). The RF switch features HaRP technology enhancements to deliver high linearity and exceptional harmonics performance and also eliminates gate and phase lag. It requires a supply voltage of 3-3.6 V and has a power consumption of 3.3 µW. The RF switch has a TID Radiation Performance of 100 krad (Si) and is ideal for space and military applications.
