Cos B - ESA Satellite

Cos-B was a European Space Agency (ESA) satellite dedicated to gamma-ray astronomy. It was the first ESA mission specifically designed for astronomical observations. The primary objective of Cos-B was to study cosmic gamma-ray sources, including the structure of the Milky Way, extragalactic objects, and other high-energy phenomena in the universe. The satellite aimed to map the gamma-ray sky and improve our understanding of cosmic gamma-ray sources.
