Libera will record how much energy leaves our planets atmosphere on a day-by-day basis providing crucial information about how Earths climate is evolving over time. The mission will maintain a decades long data record of observation from NASAs suite of Clouds and the Earths Radiant Energy System (CERES) instruments.
