Exolaunch Reaches 500th Satellite Deployed During Transporter-13 with SpaceX

Exolaunch, the global leader in launch mission management, satellite integration, and deployment services, has successfully deployed 27 customer satellites on SpaceX's Transporter-13 rideshare mission, delivering nearly 1,500 kilograms of payloads into orbit for customers from fourteen countries. The mission also marked the first flight of Exolaunch's Quadro four-point separation system, which performed flawlessly, ensuring a precise and controlled deployment of a customer's microsatellite.

Exolaunch provided full mission integration services and deployed satellites using its CarboNIX separation rings, EXOpod Nova deployers, and the new Quadro four-point separation system. Quadro, designed for satellites weighing 200 to 800+ kg, executed a synchronized release of all hold-down and release mechanisms (HDRMs), minimizing tip-off rates and reducing deployment complexity.

“Surpassing 500 satellites deployed is a major milestone for Exolaunch and a testament to the trust our customers place in us to deliver on their missions. The successful deployment of all customer payloads and the first flight qualification of Quadro represent a significant achievement for Exolaunch,” said Jeanne Allarie, Chief Commercial Officer at Exolaunch. “Quadro's performance on Transporter-13 validates its role as a scalable, high-precision deployment solution for small and mid-sized satellites.”

With Transporter-13, we've further demonstrated the value of existing flight-proven hardware and mission expertise, and expanded it with the new Quadro separation system,” said Kier Fortier, Vice President of Global Business Development at Exolaunch. “We would like to thank SpaceX for a smooth ride to space. We are proud to support a diverse range of customers and remain committed to advancing reliable, precise, and flexible launch solutions for the global space community.”

The following satellites were manifested and deployed by Exolaunch on Transporter-13: Seven satellites for Spire Global, four satellites for ICEYE, ARVAKER I – Kongsberg NanoAvionics, BOTSAT-1 – Botswana International University of Science and Technology via Endurosat, DROID.002 – Turion Space, Firesat0 – Muon Space, HYVRID – Yonsei University, IOD-1 – Startical, JinjuSat-1B – SpaceBey, NILA – HEX20, NUSHSat1 – High School of Math and Science of the National University of Singapore, OTP-2 – Rogue Space, OrbAstro-TR5 – Liftero via OrbAstro, PANDORE – U-Space, SOAP – U-Space, YAM-8 – Loft Orbital. Additionally, the company provided deployment hardware and integration services for the following satellites: LizzieSat-3 – Sidus Space, DSAR-TD – Satrec Initiative. With the completion of Transporter-13, Exolaunch has now deployed over 520 satellites across 34 missions, reinforcing its position as a trusted provider of launch integration and separation hardware for customers worldwide.
